About
At the dead end of a hollow in the Taconic mountains making paintings about the places I've been and the things I've seen while thinking about our place in the landscape.

Tom grew up exploring the forests and fields of Washington County in Salem, NY. He left to study Ecology, then worked as a fisheries biologist in Alaska and Washington and taught Biology in Tanzania, before returning to New York where he has been learning a little bit about farming while working on paintings about his home landscape and the places he lived during his travels.
